This game is like battle isle and advance wars. There are several unit types like planes, tanks, infantry, submarines, destroyers, battleships, sams, AAA, etc. The battle map is like a board with hexes. When two units fight each other there is an animated sequence.
You can play as blue (US type units) and red (URRS type units). The model names changes (M1A1 Abrahams vs T80, Fxx Vs Suxx or migxx) but the statics are the same.
The goal is to destroy the flag tank/ship. To achieve this you have to capture cities to get more income, destroy enemy factories to cripple its production and use the terrain (deserts and bridge sucks and forest and mountains rocks).
