Controls:

While searching for Dr. Wily after having defeated him following the Gamma incident, Mega Man is summoned to face a new threat in Russian scientist Dr. Cossack. Cossack's new Robot Masters (Ring Man, Pharaoh Man, Dive Man, Skull Man, Dust Man, Bright Man, Toad Man, and Drill Man) are causing terror all over the world, but Mega Man is more prepared than ever thanks to Dr. Light's Mega Buster upgrade, which allows him to fire a charged super-shot.  After defeating the Robot Masters, Mega Man is ready to take on Dr. Cossack himself, but is Cossack really the true threat?...

Четвертая часть довольно плодовитой и популярной серии игр про человечка в синем энергетическом костюме и с пушкой, вмонтированной в рукав. Простая стрелялка с видом сбоку, с достаточно разнообразными уровнями и симпатичными боссами. Все игры этой серии отличаются друг от друга только разным дизайном уровней и набором боссов. Которые, впрочем, достаточно однотипны - все они гуманоиды с различными приспособлениями на костюмах.
