The game was designed and released without Nintendo's permission because it featured sprites of frontal female nudity. This is one of the ultimate holy grails of NES collecting due to it's incredible rarity. The gameplay is reminiscent to that of Bust-A-Move in that the goal is to steer clusters of rising bubbles and place them so that they connect to other bubbles of similar color along the top of the screen. If the sufficient amount of similar bubbles are touching, they will be cleared and all free neighboring bubbles will rise further, allowing for combos. If the accumulated bubbles on screen reach the bottom of the playing area, the game is over. When a level is cleared, the player is rewarded with another erotic image.

На этот раз создатели извратились еще больше, и вместе с изменениями в форму падающих в стакан объектов и порядка их исчезновения (теперь это шарики и соединяются они аж по шести сторонам), но и направления падения. Так как это мыльные шарики, они не падают, а всплывают вверх. Игра является нелицензионной и издавалась в различных регионах различными пиратскими же конторами, так что деление на регионы дано условно.
